Keep the orders moving.
Cut the rekeying.

Your team should be serving customers, not copying purchase orders. Find out exactly where automation could help—and whether the numbers stack up—before investing in a system.

From “we spend too long on this”
to a clear next decision.

Built for small industrial wholesalers whose team manually enters repeat orders into sales or inventory software. We examine 30 historical orders to identify repeatable work, costly exceptions and a practical path forward.

01 / MEASURE

Know the workload

An estimate of your current order-entry time and potential capacity released, with the assumptions clearly shown.

02 / SEE THE OUTPUT

Make it tangible

A sample structured output from your orders, plus a map of fields and exceptions that need a person's attention.

03 / DECIDE

Get a practical recommendation

A go / no-go assessment and an implementation outline covering scope, checks, costs and next steps.

Prove the case on your orders.

A tidy demo is easy. Real orders contain missing product codes, unusual quantities and customer-specific shorthand. The diagnostic looks at those details before you commit.

  • Start with a free fit check. Tell us your software, approximate order volume and biggest bottleneck.
  • Agree the sample and scope. We confirm suitability, timing and document-sharing arrangements before payment or file transfer.
  • Receive your assessment. Get the findings, sample output and next-step recommendation by email. No workshop or sales call required.

Please do not attach customer orders to your initial enquiry. We will explain what to redact and how to provide an agreed sample.

What happens after the diagnostic?

If the case is sound, we can propose a managed order-intake service that turns incoming orders into structured output for your team's review. Your team retains final order approval.

Indicative standard pricing: A$2,000 setup, then A$1,250 per month. The A$250 diagnostic is credited against setup. Final scope, compatibility and delivery arrangements are confirmed in a separate proposal.

Standard scope: one business, one output format, up to three layouts and up to 600 simple orders / 3,000 lines per month. Complex orders, extra formats and integrations are assessed separately.

ILLUSTRATIVE BUSINESS CASE

Put time savings in context.

600 orders at six minutes each means 60 hours of entry work a month. If the new process required 10 hours of review, that would release 50 hours.

At an assumed A$50 per hour, that represents A$2,500 of staff capacity before service fees and setup costs.

Example only, not a forecast or guaranteed saving. Your diagnostic uses your volumes and timing assumptions. Released capacity is not necessarily a cash saving.

A few sensible questions.

Will this work with our order system?

We assess the fields and import options your system supports during the fit check and diagnostic. Compatibility is confirmed before any implementation is agreed.

Will the diagnostic change our live orders?

No. It uses an agreed historical sample. It does not connect to your live order system or submit orders. Any later implementation has its own agreed scope and approval controls.

What if automation isn't worthwhile?

That is a useful result. The assessment explains the obstacles and whether simpler process changes are a better option. There is no obligation to buy an ongoing service.

How are errors and unusual orders handled?

The diagnostic identifies checks for required fields, product matching, quantities and other exceptions. A later service would need agreed handling rules and human approval; we do not promise error-free extraction.

Who is behind the service?
